If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you can do so using the contact form below.

Please include the following in your message:

• order number
• your name
• reason for cancellation (optional)

We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund any payment made.

If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our online store's return and cancellation policy.
