Right of Return

Ordered products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The 14-day period begins when the customer receives the package.

If the customer wishes to exchange an ordered product for another product, we will send the replacement as soon as the returned product has been received by us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return or exchange instructions must be requested by email at info@kuonokaverit.fi.

Defective Products

If the delivered product is defective or damaged, you can submit a complaint by emailing our customer service. The product can be returned free of charge by following the instructions provided. Please also let us know whether you wish to return the product for a refund or receive an equivalent replacement product.

Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
